Decorated with a basket of flowering winter plum, the basket of twisted silver wire, the branch of takamakie with flowers inlaid in coral and ivory over a ground of red nashiji. The inside is decorated with chidori. Pewter rims

Stored in a brocade bag and old wood box, to the lid of which is pasted a slip of paper, painted with chrysanthemums, and inscribed: kogo hanakago makie kano sanraku ga [kogo flower basket in makie designed by Kanō Sanraku]
