The turtle with exaggerated long tale, nestling amongst the worn stepped rocks of a riverbed
Signed with a long inscription: “sekiyo kaiaigawa seiyōdō tomiharu kyone rokujusansai kore wo chokoku” [carved by Seiyodo Tomiharu by the Kaiai river at age 63]. Circa 1796
