Suzuribako with three horses

The exterior with a ground of sparse gyōbu, decorated with three horses beneath a willow tree, with dandelions and other small plants in the foreground, mostly in takamakie with kirigane on the trunk of the tree. The interior is of dense gold nashiji, the underside of the cover with salt burners and their huts on a shore; with loose fitted frame for the stone (signed Nakamura Masatsugu with kaō) and a copper mizu-ire in the form of a saké ewer
