Large Wood Netsuke of Two Play Fighting Shishi

One lion lying on its back with mouth wide open, while its companion sinks its teeth into it.  The upper beast has a distinctive coat made up of a series of dimples, now quite worn. At the time of carving the manes and tails were incised and inked with hair, now quite smooth
